The score

A number on every lead, with the reasons behind it.

The engine produces a single score from 0 to 100, with a three-band label (hot, warm, cold). Every score carries its top contributing factors so a manager can challenge it, and a rep can act on it.

Weights are tuned for real-estate intent. Returning the next weekend is worth more than scrolling once. Reading the financing page is worth more than skimming the gallery. Time on price page matters. We tell you which.
